Included in the price is everything necessary to provide a finished hardscape patio design at your home. This includes:
-Site Evaluation
-Site Prep: Removal of Grass/Dirt
-All Labor
-All Materials and Taxes
-All Trucking and Deliveries
-All Equipment
-Debris and Trash Disposal
-Thorough Site Cleanup
-Final Quality Inspection
-(5) Year Warranty
Not included in any patio package are the following. We're happy to provide these items at an additional cost, and will provide a separate quote if requested.
-Steps / Stairs
-Walkways / Paths
-Plantings / Mulch
-Demo and Removal of Concrete
-Demo and Removal of Decking
-Furniture
-Grills
-Seed, Straw, or Sod Installation
Yes! the price you see is the total price you'll pay for your patio. Also see 'What's not included'
We are currently booking for the 2024 season. We can give a more accurate estimation at our site visit.
We take cash, check or money order.
We can modify the design slightly without affecting the price. We can cut the patio to fit around existing steps, window wells or a bulkhead etc. We may also be able to move elements like walls, fire pits, pillars around to suit your site and style. We cannot modify the paver type or pattern at this time.
Installation times vary based on the patio you choose. Although, 5 days or less is average.
For now, we travel up to (25) miles from Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts for patio installations. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances. To discuss, please email info@perfect-patio.com
The payment schedule for all patios are as follows:
50% due at contract signing
50% due at day of completion
Yes! we've installed hundreds of patios in Western Massachusetts and can share reference information at our initial meeting.
At our site visit we will bring samples of all materials in your design. We can also provide you with locations to visit installations in person - either, displays at our vendors, or installations at previous customers.
Perfect Patio warrants our work for a period of (5) years, and the hardscape material manufacturer covers the material with a Lifetime Warranty on their products.
